LikoWeb is a small independent design firm founded by Liviu Nicoara in Bellevue, WA. Liviu is passionate about design and marketing. His strong technical background in web development and systems analysis, as well as a B.A. in Management Information Systems, has helped him create clean, professional, and visually stimulating works of art as seen in his websites.
